At 3devo, we strive to bring together the very best in our industry. We are looking for young professionals who want to put their customer relations skills to work at a company that is truly making an impact. As a Customer Success Agent, you will be the first point of contact between 3devo and new or existing clients. This means you will be in contact with people from many different backgrounds, ranging from educators and artists, to engineers, researchers, etc… But also, people with many different nationalities from all over the world. You will have to build and maintain strong relationships with these people, to understand their needs and be able to sell the right 3devo solution to them. By doing this you will play a key role in this highly innovative industry.

What will you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, answering their questions and closing deals.
  • Travel to several international exhibitions to represent 3devo, get in touch with the industry and acquire new contacts.
  • Make a lot of new friends!

Job requirements

  • You have international commercial awareness; a willingness to understand different cultural sales approaches 
  • You have a talent for making friends, with even the most reserved of people 
  • At least MBO+ working and thinking level (vocational education).
  • Great communication skills, even if a large part of the contact will not be face to face.
  • A knack for problem solving
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • The willingness to learn and constantly develop yourself

Technical knowledge is not required for this role, however being willing to learn these technical aspects is a must.
