Job description

As an Embedded Engineer at 3devo you have a “hands on mentality”, and I know that every vacancy in the market has this in the soft skill list but for this position we mean it literally. You write software and/or design PCBs and if it doesn't work, get your hands dirty and get the scoop and logic analyzer. Also, if there is a concept that needs quick verification you tinker away and build an MVP.

You are also not scared of a big challenge and building a project from the ground up. You are creative and passionate and like to investigate new technologies and try them out to see if they fit and implement them.

Projects you could work on could be a Linux computer based motherboard or a MCU based PCB that controls our machines. Or maybe get it all connected to each other and define and implement protocols.

What can you expect from us if you join us on our adventure? Flexibility and fun work, what is fun of course differs from person to person so what I actually mean by this is that you could focus on the stuff you like. If you like to have a go at hardware design, write Linux drivers or bare metal code for a MCU you are free to do so.

Competencies:

  • Love writing optimized code but know when to avoid premature or over optimization.

  • Experience with building something from scratch

  • A knack for problem solving
