Office Manager in 3D-printing industry

Utrecht, Utrecht, NetherlandsAll

Core Values

Our unique values are at the heart of everything we do, and how we do it. They shape our culture, influence who we are, and even, who we hire. They represent what we stand for and will continue to as we grow.

Job description

Do your eyes light up when you think of organizing? Or making your colleagues smile because you restocked on M&Ms? Are you the one in your friend group that comes up with creative gifts? Or even the one with the more influential social media account? Well, then, we're looking for you!

One day you might be helping our CEO plan and organize his schedule and align it with the rest of senior management. The next day you're taking care of our office plants and ordering supplies, so you and your colleagues have the necessary resources to complete your work. Finally, you help create the office's ambiance; by buying presents when your colleagues have something to celebrate, whether it's their birthday, a new house, or a family member!

While you'll have a lot of fun activities to keep you busy, we'll also need your excellent organizing skills to ensure things run smoothly for our colleagues and our CEO. Aside from helping him with his scheduling, you'll also use your social media smarts to help him with his branding on LinkedIn.
